Iran is ready to restart nuclear talks with Washington on condition that it is treated with "respect" and "respect", Tehran's top diplomat has stated.

Abbas Araghchi said solely negotiations was effective, and revealed new appeals had been made by intermediaries to resume negotiations with the Trump administration. He said Iran possessed no unreported enrichment locations, and Tehran could not yet authorize the International Atomic Energy Agency to visit struck enrichment centers for protective measures.

Navigating a Difficult Route

The foreign minister is treading a complex course since Iran does not want be perceived to be proceeding from a situation of vulnerability, and he emphatically stated that Iran had arisen more resilient defensively and psychologically from the Israeli-US attack on its atomic facilities in June.

He was addressing at a strategic meeting in Tehran where he reaffirmed that Iran had "a fundamental entitlement to refine atomic fuel domestically that it will perpetually retain" – the main reason of the deadlock in the prior discussions.

Previous Talks Abruptly Concluded

The prior phases of talks between the US and Iran were concluded unexpectedly and hostile termination on 12 June when Israel, with US support, attacked Iran's enrichment centers in a 12-day war that concluded with Donald Trump declaring the locations had been destroyed. Following this, EU nations employed their privilege to restore international penalties, but Iran insists they have not had a substantial consequence.

Ideal Resolution Offered

Iranian officials claimed they felt they had reached a "magic solution" to the nuclear fuel concern in previous talks, when it was decided an Iran-based consortium with US participation could process nuclear material. Both sides would have been able to assert triumph since home-based processing would have remained and the US could be confident that Iran's enrichment initiative was solely for peaceful purposes.

It had not been settled in the negotiations that US nuclear scientists could function inside Iran, but that was a reasonable assumption of the cooperative offer. Representatives asserted repeatedly they had secured an understanding with Washington's diplomat the US official only for the deal to disintegrate due to "spoilers in Washington".

Existing Situation

Iran's diplomats stated the consortium offer was now off the table, but it seems very probable the suggestion could be resurrected in some form if discussions restart.

The US president last week stated he had been receiving messages that Iran sought to resume discussions, but in private Iranian officials say they are not yet obtaining clear proposals from America either straightforwardly or from significant local go-betweens, such as Qatar, the Egyptian leadership, Oman and Saudi Arabia. The Iranian foreign ministry has been accused of non-responsiveness in the face of Washington's unmediated tactics, but Iran says negotiations is not part of a spectacle.

Negotiating Position

In his address to the gathering, intended to depict the US as a hegemonic power that abuses the concept of worldwide standards, Araghchi stated the 12-day war revealed the clash could not be resolved by armed force. He asserted the assaults started with a Washington's ultimatum for an unconditional Iranian surrender and concluded with an absolute demand for a halt to hostilities.

Iran is convinced the initial Israeli attacks were executed with complete American awareness and cooperation, making faith challenging to restore.

Diplomacy Stays the Ultimate Resolution

The foreign minister stated: "It was not Iran that had deserted dialogue; it was America and the western countries that had repeatedly sought to dictate their desires during the talks. Dialogue can still be viable and continues the primary resolution to settle disagreements, but its criteria, rules and fundamentals must be respected."

"Provided that they address to the citizens of Tehran with the language of respect and respect, they will obtain a response in the equivalent tone."

Restoration and Rebuilding

In what is characterized by Tehran representatives as the conflict of recovery and rebuilding, the foreign minister said he was confident Iran's security strengths "are considerably enhanced than prior to 13 or 14 June of this year. Our entire military infrastructure have been reestablished. We acquired many lessons from this conflict; we have come to know our internal vulnerabilities and the weaknesses of the opponent."

He stated: "We effectively endured this conflict. Our nuclear technology, which they intended to eliminate, remains in place. The installations and machinery, if destroyed, will be reconstructed; what is important is the resolve of the Iranian people and then the national cohesion that they targeted, but were unable to break. The Iranian people have developed more resilient, more integrated, and more backing of the administration and the state in the wake of this invasion."
